Elections

As per the By-Laws of Cincinnati IIBA® Chapter one-half of the Board of Directors is elected to office each year, as follows:

Call for Nominations goes out in January and February of each year.  If the current Board of Directors elects to recommend a slate of officers up for election, they shall do so in April.  Elections for the Board of Directors is to be held at the may Annual General Meeting of the Chapter.

Only Cincinnati IIBA® Chapter members, who are fully paid up on their chapter dues, may vote for the members of the Board of Directors.

Nominations

Nominations for Board of Director positions are accepted from the Chapter membership during February and March of the calendar year.  A person is also able to nominate themselves for office.  Anyone nominated, or wishing to run, for office should announce their intention to run for office by submitting the Board position they are running for and a short personal biography to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Nominations will be accepted through April 1, of the current year; or by such other time as announced by the current Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors may move the election timetable up for special reasons as long as the entire election process is completed by the end of the month of April of the calendar year.
