IIBA® CertificationsThe mission of the IIBA is to develop and maintain standards for the practice of business analysis and for the certification of its practitioners. The IIBA offers the only certifications that receive formal recognition that has a worldwide reach, spanning several continents. Certification of Competency in Business AnalysisTM (CCBATM)Launched in January 2011, for business analysis practitioners who want to be recognized for their experience and knowledge and who wish to achieve this milestone in their BA career. Certified Business Analysis ProfessionalTM (CBAP®)Launched in November 2006, for senior business analysis professionals who have the skills and expertise to perform the more complex business analysis tasks and who wish to be recognized as an elite member of the BA community. IIBA® Certification Professional Development HoursBoth of the certifications above require 21 professional development (PD) hours. These are instructor-led, formal training in business analysis tasks, techniques and/or underlying competencies. We have three local Endorsed Education Providers (EEP) that offer formal training that qualifies for the 21 PD hours. ASPE Technologies
